Do you ever wonder how a sourdough starter is made? What about what to do with it? In this beginner sourdough class taught by Shelby and Virginia Davis, they will give you the knowledge and tools to make delicious sourdough bread. You’ll get to see a starter that’s been fed recently, see dough in various states of progress, and taste a sample of fresh-baked bread. It’s like seeing the magic of a cooking show right in front of your eyes!

About the Library

From Utica take 12B south to Clinton. College Street extends from red light at the village square to Hamilton College. The Library is in the third block from the square, on the left, directly opposite Elm Street.
