Flowers to wine. But how?

Flower Petal Wine is a delightful summertime treat, a reminder that sunny days are here. Dandelion, Rose, Lilac, Beebalm, Elderflower, and more are combined with a recipe of tea, sugar, and time (and sometimes a few other ingredients). Learn the basics that can apply to many delicious petals, including the process, ingredients, and equipment, to make delicious wine at home.

Niki English is a fashion designer, fiber arts instructor, and homesteader. Her flower wine journey began with a handwritten index card from her great-grandmother for rose petal wine, which opened the door to many wonderful creations. She has a passion for fiber arts, sewing, gardening, cooking, canning and preserving, and fermentation. Niki has been foraging and harvesting fruits, flowers, and herbs to make wine for 5 years.

Space is limited; registration is required.
