The Dolgeville-Manheim Public Library welcomes you to:
The “Toddler Tales ‘N Tunes” program for ages birth to 5 years old, which takes place on Fridays. We will follow the Dolgeville Central School (DCS) schedule when children are in attendance. We will not meet when DCS is closed or when there is a Superintendent’s Conference Day. (We will however, meet when there are morning half-days and also when there is a 1- or 2-hour delay.)
Parents/Guardians/Adults are welcome to use the room/toys when we aren’t there (and no one else is using it) as long as they pick up when they leave.
Our clientele has been mostly children ages three and younger, so we are focusing on socialization, a very easy craft activity (like playdough) with the last 15 minutes on snack, stories, songs, movement, and trying to stretch attention spans. We will be assisted by Joann Zilkowski, the DCS R4K (Ready for Kindergarten navigator) and Sarah Williams-Herringshaw, Connected Community Schools coordinator.
It is free and open to the public, No registration needed, but we do ask you to stop by the circulation desk before going upstairs, to check in there first.
