Season 3 - Back This October! 2nd & 4th Wednesdays - 11:30 AM Exercise your mind, spark your memories, and have some fun!

Give your brain a workout while having fun and connecting with friends! Each month, Brain Power Hour explores a different aspect of brain fitness, such as memory, observation, language, logic, creativity, and problem-solving.

Sessions include brain teasers, games, puzzles, group challenges, interesting facts about how our brains work, and plenty of opportunities to reminisce and share. You don't have to be good at puzzles, and there are no tests or grades. Just come ready to think, laugh, and have a good time!

New theme each month. Join us for one session or come to both!

Please note: This program is for general brain health and enrichment. It is not intended as therapy or for individuals with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.

If you are seeking programs designed for adults living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, we encourage you look into the following local resource:

Central NY Chapter of Alzheimer's Association

Every program at the library is free and open to all, made possible by the generosity of volunteers, sponsors, donors, and library resources.
